| Introduction
My name is Michael Freethy and I would like to thank you for visiting my website. Whatever your real estate needs, I am here to assist you. Knowledge and Experience with Probates
I have specialized in probate property and trust sales for over 18 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have successfully closed numerous probate transactions, from simple to complex. I have had probate listings all over San Francisco and the Bay Area, including large apartment buildings, flats, condos and single-family properties. I also offer free notary service to all of my clients. My wife, Joy (a licensed realtor and my full-time assistant), is a Notary Public and will travel to your client's home to notarize documents, if necessary.

Having worked with many conservators, trustees and probate professionals throughout the years, I have seen first-hand the pressures and stress that go along with such a profession. My ultimate goal is to help alieviate this stress as much as possible, by being reliable, competent and accessible. If you need me, I am there. I believe in going the extra mile. I believe in being as accessible as possible to my clients. If I have made your job easier, then I have done my job well.
An equally important goal is to get the best possible price for the conservator's or trustee's client and/or their heirs. I always keep the family's best interest at heart throughout the whole transaction. I feel if I got a great price for the property, then I have done my job well.

8. Coordinate cleaning out and cleaning up property.
9. The supervision and organizing of cleaning crews, haulers, painters, carpet installers, estate liquidators, etc.

11. Will continue marketing and showing property until court date to increase the chance of an overbid in court.
12. Will make court appearances with attorneys.

Personal
I was born and raised in San Francisco and am a fourth generation, native San Franciscan. I grew up in a family of five children in the Forest Hill Extension area. We attended St. Brendan's school which was right across the street from our house. I have been a volunteer basketball coach there and am a eucharistic minister for the homebound.
Some of my interests (besides real estate) include collecting old pictures of San Francisco and studying San Francisco history, taking walks with my wife at Fort Mason, the Marina and Crissy Field and taking in the breathtaking views. I truly love my hometown of San Francisco and the Bay Area. It is a very beautiful and interesting place to live.
